Children’s Programming: Kindergarten-7th Grade
The children in this program have three nine-week curriculum terms and one four-week holiday term each year. They learn about Unitarian Universalism in one term, world religions in another and do Bible literacy in the final term. They have a four-week holiday term that is a new and different arts program each year.
Sunday School programs begin at 10:30 when children and youth attend service for 15 minutes and then go off to their groups. Groups ends at 11:45. Children in grades Kindergarten through Second Grade need to be picked up from their groups by a parent or sponsor.
For more specifics, check out the Curriculum.
Each term there are social service activities woven into the program and the children occasionally have a social evening at church to just have fun with their community.
We ask that parents register their children after three visits.
