Protect Reproductive Rights

HF1/SF1, the Protect Reproductive Options Act, also known as the PRO Act, would codify every individual’s right in Minnesota to make their own decisions about their reproductive health, including the right to end a pregnancy via abortion if they choose. We must pass the PRO Act to strengthen these protections and codify the right to reproductive freedom so that it cannot be taken away even if the composition of the courts change.

We must also pass HF91/SF70, the Reproductive Freedom Codification Act, also known as the Repealer Bill. This bill removes from Minnesota statute several laws that were ruled unconstitutional in 2022 under Doe v. Minnesota (in which FUS was an original plaintiff) and other laws that restrict access to abortion.

Please contact your STATE Senators and Representatives as well as the Senate Majority Leader and the Speaker of the Minnesota House.

Message:  Please Pass HF1/SF1, The Protect Reproductive Options Act, and  HF91/SF70, The Reproductive Freedom Codification Act, to protect women’s individual rights to decide reproductive health issues.
