June 9, 2023 – Our fundraising is off to a frothy start. A $5,000 challenge grant from the FUS Foundation via the Dodd and Ginger Wilson Social Justice Fund kicked it off. Then, following David Breeden’s first Sunday appeal (May 28) to the FUS congregation, within days, the Wilson fund match as made and exceeded. Two additional $5,000 challenge grants have since been offered by anonymous donors. MN Valley UU Fellowship and Dakota UU Church members have also contributed. When the two new challenge grants have been matched, we’ll be three-quarters of the way there.
