Thanks to the hard work of members Mikki Morrissette and George Greene–and a grant from Minnesota Historical Society from the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund–our John Dietrich archives are now available through the library at Meadville Lombard Theological School. Click here.
Rev. Dietrich served this congregation from 1916-1938 and is regarded as the father of Religious (we now say “Congregational”) Humanism. Having his writings and talks accessible at one of the two Unitarian Universalist seminaries is a big step toward making the humanist voice more audible within the denomination.
