Nursery and Childcare

BabyFamilies with babies and toddlers bring abundant joy and hope to our community. Little ones are always welcome in our Sunday Assemblies.

Prefer to attend Assembly while your precious little one is cared for in a safe, inviting space by loving caregivers? We offer professional care in our nursery space every Sunday. You can even choose to stay and play with your little one in the nursery without missing a thing because our nursery space is equipped with speakers that bring the music and words of Assembly to you. The nursery is open on Sunday mornings from 9:30-11:30 and from 12:00-1:00 (when noon-hour programming is offered).  The nursery is the first room on the right in the hallway by the Lower Assembly Hall.  If you are in the nursery, you may listen to the Assembly via speakers in the room.

Family Music Time: First Sunday of Each Month, 9:30-10:15am featuring Early Childhood Music Education Specialist, Maureen Hunt. Families with babies and toddlers are invited to connect with their little one and other families through music.  Older siblings welcome.

Meetings. If a parent of a young child wants to attend a committee or Board meeting at the Society, childcare can be arranged by advanced request (at least 7 days in advance, please). Did you know? FUS can bring most meetings to you in the comfort of your home while your little one takes a nap or plays at your feet. Using the Zoom Meeting online platform, committee meetings are more accessible to every member.
