Lean into possibility, moral practice, and courageous questioning. Join in collaborative dialogue, artistic expression, and intellectual creativity. Ethical Explorers, “E².”

Programs

Education for today’s learners

First Unitarian Society’s Ethical Explorers—“E²”— is a first-of-its-kind program in ethical and humanist education. Come join us for a unique program that bridges religion, secularism, arts, and culture.

The E2 curriculum is dynamic and inclusive, open to all lifelong learners while being designed for learners aged 5 to 15. Facilitated with our Ethical Educaion Director, learners explore ethical, humanist, and Unitarian Universalist values through visual, performing, and literary art. Through the freethinking process of ethical development and artistic expression, we will examine how we can each advocate for values such as empathy, responsibility, and global awareness.

OWL

Our Whole Lives provides accurate, developmentally-appropriate information about a range of topics, including relationships, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, sexual health, and cultural influences on sexuality.

Interested in signing up you or your child for next year’s OWL course? Are you a trained OWL facilitator looking to lead a course? Would you like to be trained as an OWL facilitator? All of the above? Complete this survey to let us know!
